Water wars perm skill crashes game

I tried using the water wars perm skill (the resistance ultimate one) and it disconnects me to world selection :o

    I just noticed, it does not d/c me in windowed mode! (if that helps)

    Also, it only crashes when I attack mobs with it - not in a townmap.

    Never mind, it just crashed in windowed too. :b
