Bug type: crash

Brief bug summary:
When i entered Kerning city subway: Along the Railway map, my game instantly crash and close, and every time i tried to load the same character it crashes again before loading.

More details:
the bug may only be in Kerning city subway: Along the Railway map but, as soon as you enter the map it will make that character literally unplayable .
