Brief bug summary: When I attempt to fight Julieta, it doesn't attack and damage numbers won't show up, despite damage being done.

Details: Since the last unscheduled maintenance, every time I fought Julieta it was not attacking me and displaying bugged animations. Also, damage numbers were invisible, as though no damage was being done, even though I was able to kill Julieta. This has been preventing me from completing the weekly and daily Julieta missions, which is also hindering my ability to complete the maple missions.

Steps to reproduce: Fight Julieta.

World: Galicia.

Date and time: Since the unscheduled maintenance on August 3rd, 2:30 AM PDT.
