Game crashing on one story line (ark)

MY game keeps crashing when I am fighting Albaire for the first time, anyone else having this problem?

    Same, it just cuts to a white screen after it reaches a certain HP amount.
    Considering that there is almost always a white screen before it cuts to a Youtube video cutscene in the other stories ive played I am pretty sure its supposed to be the "Ark awakens" cutscene that plays, but since it never does I have to force quit the game. However the quest resets once I do, so I can't progress.
