15 starred weapons pre flame patch got bonus +wa.

As title states any arcane weapon that was 15 starred pre flame patch received bonus wa that is unobtainable after patch. I have a ticket with proof submitted showing 2 different examples of arcane umbra desperados 15 starred before patch then getting 17 wa additionally immediately after the patch. But if u were to get an arcane desperados after the patch and then scroll and star force it to be the same as the 15 starred weapon that was made pre patch, it would be 17 wa short, at least in the case of the arcane desperado.

Plz if any of you guys/gals can add even further research into this happening it would be appreciated, thx u!

The top pic:
left image is 15* after the flame patch and the right side weapon is the same stats/scrolls/flame and sf but notice the 17 wa difference and was created before the flame patch.

the 2nd pic:
Is in fact the same weapon belonging to a demon avenger named Ayyys. the left side is 15* pre flame patch and the right side image is the same weapon after he flamed it post flame patch and again the far right +wa in the chain of + wa is out by 17 wa. and is proven to have gotten an extra 17 wa since if you add the flame wa he rolled(+182) to his pre patch weapons over all wa it leaves a 17 wa difference compared to the weapon post patch

Also my own desperado is missing 17 wa when compared to any of the desperados in the pics except for introductions desperado the one that adds 695 total wa, since both were star forced after the flame patch , cheerio pip pip just like to keep an even playing field, as i try to be end game competitive.
