Strange Ornate Chest missing in Frozen Past

Brief bug summary: The Strange Ornate Chest does not spawn in any channels in Frozen Past.

More details: The Strange Ornate Chest which teleports players to another map if interacted spawns in one of the several locations at random on each channel at the following maps listed below:
  • Memory Lane 3
  • Frozen Past
  • Road of Regrets 3
  • Burning Past
  • Road to Oblivion 3

However some channels the Ornate Box is not present in any of those maps. Through past experiences I've checked all the other maps with the Strange Ornate Chest being present in some channels. The only outlier in this case was the Frozen Past.
