Maple relay popoh not popping up

My maple relay popoh on occasions does not show up even when i use the designated hotkey. Its kinda frustrating because my 5 iq brain forgets whether or not I have received the daily reward points for the day. S.O.S need help. Thank you very much and Merry Christmas and a Happy new year.

    When you click "Change Character" the little pop up tells you to collect Maple Relay rewards. Not a fix, but it can help remind you.
