MapleStory launches then goes black

Whenever I open MapleStory I enter my PIC and then it turns into a black screen with an additional black screen behind it and I can hear the music and nothing is working. I tried troubleshooting on my Windows 10 and that worked yesterday once. I went into a Monster Park dungeon and then it just automatically exits!!! help
