-Not all reward items received. I only got the Ace of the Alliance medal but not the Memories with Neinheart Chair

I completed Act 2 of Black Heaven but only received the honor exp and Ace of the Alliance medal. I clicked the lightbulb to finish quest and thats when I only got the medal, I also went back to the conference map and clicked on the bird to see if I can get my reward but nothing happened. please help i really want the chair LOL
