Hi,
Game keeps shutting down when I try to open the world map.
I think this is a bug?

    While that sounds like a bug, it's not happening to anyone else.

    Try doing a "Repair installation" or "repair files" from Nexon Launcher or Steam, and restart your computer.
    If it keeps happening, please provide a more detailed report:
    - Does this happen to all your characters, or just one?
    - What map were you on when you tried opening the World Map? What happens if you move to another map and then try it?
