Silent Monster Collection notification in party

Summary: When a monster is added to the Monster Collection while in a party, the notification sound will not play.

More details: This bug occurs for all party members, as shown by the reaction of the guy I shared the kill with.

It still generates an automatic screenshot. The message in the center is very brief and the chat message quickly got drowned out by item messages, so we missed the visual signs.
