I Reset AP Need 740000NX Its Reasonable?

Hello everyone, there is something I want to ask for help! I thought AP is able to reset HP so I tried to put all AP points to HP, and found that I can't reset it, which led me to lose 4-6M Detailed Stats Damage, seeking GM help they said go to Cash Shop buy AP Reset 500NX ea, I calculated that if I reset all AP need to spend 740000NX .... Is this reasonable? What else can I do to reset all AP?

    I didn't read the scroll instructions in detail, I added all AP to HP and thought I could reset it, but I found out that it couldn't.
