Chaos Von Bon randomly teleports during tornado

Bug type: Gameplay
Brief bug summary: During Chaos Von Bon's final phase, where clocks fall from the top of the map and he disappears and reappears in a tornado that knocks back the player, he shows an animation beginning to spin at a location but then randomly teleports during the tornado.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter Chaos Von Bon
2. Damage Chaos Von Bon until he reaches his last phase
