Fixed as of the V update.

Brief bug summary: The first dialogue of text when you are able to trade in Cores for AbsoLabs gear is untranslated.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have at least 1 Extraordinary Energy Core (Grade S) and 30 Diffusion-line Energy Core (Grade A) in your inventory.
2. Speak to Sensitive Squaroid in Scrapyard: Haven.
3. See the untranslated/garbled text.
