    Unfortunately, players in Vietnam are not allowed to play this version of MapleStory.
    According to Nexon America's support site, Vietnam can't play MapleStory at all, since VietnamMS shut down several years ago.
    However, I think I read that they play MapleSEA http://maple.asiasoftsea.com/ now.
    Maybe try that?
