Long Brown Beard does not match the picture.

From the pic before applying it appears to be an actual beard, that would cover the face, and at least hang to the characters knees, but upon equipping it turns into a goatee. Is this how its meant to be? I wanted a full beard on my character, not a tiny little goatee.
