Mushroom Shrine questline

I am a 145 mercedes trying to finish this questline. I have recently defeated Tengu and collected the last element. I go to the light bulb section on the left screen to click on the next moonshrine quest. It teleports me to the moonshrine, but im not given any new cut scene or quest. I've collected all 5 elements , but I am unable to proceed with the story.
