At the last level breakpoint for my burning character with burninator. I leveled from 148->149 instead of 148->151. What happened

    Brief bug summary:
    The Mega Burninator coupon from the Rise event box (from leveling a Tera Burning character to 200) does not function at lvl 148. The character is, instead, leveled to 149. Mega Burning characters usually go from lvl 148 to 151.

    Brief bug summary: I started activating the Burninator since lvl31, everything was normal until I was lvl 148. At lvl148, I level up to lvl149 instead of lvl150 or lvl151.
