Android (F) Recipe Drop Area?

Hey guys,
i try to find "Android (F) Recipe" for long time without any luck,
i heard "Cube Slime" (Lv.91 Lab Unit 101) drop it but i fight there for Hours with x2 drop rate and still didnt get one,
its it true? its drop there? or there any better place?

    I don't know where it drops, but you can buy the recipe from NPC Randolf at the Gollux entry map.
    You can also obtain a much better Android, with a Shop function, by doing the "Masteria Through Time" blockbuster.
