What happen to tera burning

I thought the event was from nov 18 to dec 22 i tried to create a tera burn character and it is not giving me the option. Nevermind i see it in the bug reporting but honestly i am upset that even after the unscheduled minor patch on the 20th this issue is still not fixed. Go ahead and delete this post

    Tera burning is working.
    Do you already have a Tera Burning character? On another world, perhaps, or on deletion standby?
