No option to Tera Burn on reboot

I logged in for the first time in months, And it wont give me the option to Tera burn on Reboot. Is it only Burning world?

    Hello!
    Please make sure you do not have a Tera Burning character in any of the other worlds, including Burning World.
    When you create a new character, you will be given an option to select the character as a 'Tera Burning' character. If such an option does not appear despite not having a Tera Burning character in any of the worlds, please provide us with the IGN/World of any of your characters so that we can investigate the issue.

    FYI: If you've already created a Tera Burning character this round, we have Tera Burning Plus Part 2 coming up on July 21 (after maintenance).
    FYI: Mega Burning characters, however, can only be created in the Burning World.
