Well this is the 2nd time nexon forget to add Kinesis Sub Weapon to the game.

And they did fix it last year, after some time (whoever knows how long), in the V173 patch:

    It's from the Maple Anniversary Museum.
    On the left side of your screen, on a level 33+ character, press the Star event notifier and look for a trophee with a maple leaf.

    It means that the correct people have been made aware of it, what happens after that is often difficult to predict. Us volunteers are not involved in the decisions on what get fixed and when. What I can say is that bugs that have been fixed before usually get fixed again. I assume strongly that this bug will be fixed in an upcoming maintenance, but as always I can't promise anything.
