Cannot purchase Mechanical Hearts accessories

I rescued total of 3 wondriods: Aster, Kat and Rhea and I earned enough coins to purchase an accessory from Alec.
However, I'm not able to purchase any of the accessories and it says you don't meet the requirements.

How should I know about the requirements for this??
I earned the coins espcially to purchase from these accessories!

    You need 4 rescues for the pendant and 8 for the badge, I think.
    Can't remember where I saw that.

    I really hope at least to earn the pandant after 4 rescues.
    Too much of training on that.
    I found the event is taking place in Japan MapleStory (JMS), too (link to the japanese page).
