Ingame reports will DC you / Blacklist button gone

Once you walk into a mesos seller ingame and you right click this character, the blacklist button is gone. If you click the reports button instead, it will DC you!
Also, you cannot click the character name any more in the chat bar and reports or blacklist them that way!
