Can't enter numbers into pin pad

There's a lag between my windows cursor and the maplestory cursor. Whenever I try to enter numbers closer to the center of the pin pad, the maplestory cursor and the windows cursor separates and I can't click on anything. Things were working fine up until a couple hours ago.
I'm on the NA server.

    Wish someone would tell us both what's happening. I'm having the same issue...not only the first pad but also all the conversation boxes are having issues with separating cursors.
