Transposing / Transfer Hammering Issue
I made a pair of 21 star Commerci Gloves (25 star max) to transpose / transfer hammer to Sweetwater Gloves (15 star max), and for the past 9 days I've attempted to transpose them without success.
I also attempted to Transfer Hammer them, but it does not work. When transfer hammering them, everything goes as should, except when it should return you the item with new stats, it does nothing. It doesn't remove anything from you, it doesn't modify anything. It even plays the transfer hammer animation, but does nothing.
There is no message or anything to tell you that the transposition / transfer hammer will never succeed.
I'm suggesting that at least prevent players from attempting transposition / transfer hammer if it cannot be done, ESPECIALLY when the chance of transposition is so low. Some may think they're just very unlucky and keep going, attempting something that can not be done, and waste a lot of resources working on an item that, because of this bug, is useless.
Steps to reproduce:
Attempt Transfer Hammer on any equipment over 15 stars (16-25) and it's Sweetwater counterpart that only goes up to 15 stars.

Pieces of the Sweetwater set were intentionally not elevated to 25 stars with the introduction of 25 stars. Items that are 16 stars and above can't be transposed or transfer hammered to the following Sweetwater items
Sweetwater Cape
Sweetwater Gloves
Sweetwater Shoes
Sweetwater Belt

This information would've been great before I bought, scrolled, starforced, cubed and attempted transposition 96x on the equipment.
It also doesn't make any sense at all to be able to attempt the transposition if the transposition can never succeed and to not inform the player about it.
I heard the chance of successful transposition was between 3 - 10% so I thought I was just unlucky, not that it was impossible.
I'll definitely bring it up that the UI is lacking information regarding 25 stars, and again I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I'd suggest submitting a ticket to customer service regarding items lost due to this information not being readily available to you in-game.
