I'd love to see (hear) some new sound effects implemented into the game for the classes I play! I'll refrain from the vote because I actually don't know if my main class was revamped at all though.
Actually, most of the servers already have been merged through the server alliance system! I believe it was GMS's way of merging servers without having to tackle the issue of character limits for people who played in multiple servers.
Unfortunately this isn't really in the hands of GMS. These classes were made in other regions and are curated by them. Sadly it comes down to the need to wait for their respective regions to update the classes on their own.
It's definitely a major issue that hopefully will be resolved soon, but we can only hope.
Videos are actually a bit easier to fabricate than you might think. They may be useful in bringing attention to an issue sooner, but can't be used as the sole evidence against a person. Each case still needs to be investigated one by one.
As for the issue with right clicking on people who warp around the map, there's another way to do it! Next to your chat box there's a button that looks like a police light. If you click on that you'll open the report window and can choose who you're reporting from a dropdown list of everyone in the map. Hopefully this helps you out more!
