Players in both Reboot and non-Reboot servers love permanent NX covers. As of a few years ago, Nexon discontinued the ability to purchase permanent versions of most NX covers in the Cash Shop by paying double the temporary NX cover price. Instead, Nexon introduced the Premium Surprise Style Box system that rotates new and older NX covers every time the box is updated. During the year, limited-time and seasonal versions of these Premium Surprise Style Boxes are also offered for sale such as the Winter, Valentine, Anniversary, Summer, Autumn, and St. Patrick's Day Surprise Style Box.
Usually when these boxes are updated in a Cash Shop Update, some of the styles are shown off from the pool of 100 possible NX covers in that box rotation. A list of these selected NX covers is given, and images of characters wearing those items are provided. My suggestion is very simple: Instead of listing only some of the styles obtainable from each box rotation, list all of the possible permanent NX covers obtainable from that Surprise Style Box rotation. At the same time, please provide images of characters wearing all of the possible styles from the Surprise Box rotation.
A few reasons why making this suggestion is beneficial to players:
• Even without Nexon officially releasing a list of items in each box, players compile the lists anyway through a community-led effort.

• However, the lists compiled are almost always incomplete because of lack of user participation and because of a limitation in user-accessible software that incorrectly renders previews for many different types of NX covers. It benefits Nexon to provide an official and fully accurate representation of the cosmetics in each box rotation for their players so that certain items are not misrepresented.
• All other types of RNG-based cosmetics such as Royal Hair/Face coupons, All Star Hair/Face Coupons, Anniversary Hair/Face Coupons have full lists provided of all of the possible cosmetic options obtainable from each. Most RNG-based items in general also have full reward lists provided such as Philosopher Books, Small/Large Holiday Surprise Boxes and Marvel Machine.

• Revealing every possible permanent NX cover in each of these boxes only helps Nexon's sales. Quite a few players have said in those Reddit threads (and older ones) that they've been holding out on buying boxes because they were not sure if a particular NX cover was available, or they have waited to buy boxes until most of the list was compiled. Personally there have been multiple instances where unmentioned items have turned out to be more appealing that the items advertised in the Cash Shop updates.
• Nexon has shown that they are willing to release full reward lists in similar RNG-based cosmetic boxes in other games. For example, in Mabinogi fashion is even bigger than it is here, and full lists of potential clothing rewards are always provided in each Gachapon update.

In short, providing a full list of permanent NX covers (and previews if possible) in all types of Surprise Style boxes is a much needed quality of life change that will help players of all servers.
