Went to Crimson Sky Dock again today, used arrow keys to move around, didn't get booted. But when I activated the Soaring skill, moving around too much D/C'd me still. Can still move for a second, stop for a second, rinse and repeat to keep going, but that's not ideal is it? So, partially fixed maybe?
Edit: Nevermind, tried again today, now all arrow key use breaks it again. Just got lucky last night.
Similar thing happened to me, got off the island from a game crash or something a month back, can't get back because of Mr Lee's wrongful imprisonment, and can't forfeit the quest to get it back in the lightbulb menu. Filed a ticket, gm couldn't do much about it.
I made a post in the suggestions forum about this, the idea being to add Mr Lee's airport to the dimensional mirror list. Seems like that'd be an easy enough fix. That way everyone can get to him as they do with so many other similar content (DIPQ, Evo System, to name a couple), he won't "cause lag" by being in the event hall, and people like us who got boned out of some mounts, buffs, and trait exp can actually enjoy the quest.
Since Mr Lee is no longer allowed in the event hall after being wrongfully accused of causing the (still horrendous) lag there, perhaps his airport could be reached via the Dimensional Mirror? That way he actually has a place in the world outside of the lightbulb menu, without "causing latency."
Super minor and probably unnecessary, but can't we do it for Mr. Lee? Think of how he feels!
