I’m a suicide Kanna banned yesterday. After being banned, I read the new status update which talks about suicide Kanna and knew that Nexon doesn’t want the player to suicide to stay on the same level. I understand Nexon in this opinion. But I think that a permanent ban is too heavy for a player who loves Maplestory to bear. Moreover, I don't know this action will be banned before being banned. I think Nexon want player stop to suicide but not stop to play this game. I have spent thousands of hours in this account，so I sincerely hope that the permanent ban can be changed into a time-limited ban as a warning. I wrote a ticket to Nexon and then the GM recommended me to post the suggestion in this forum to see what you think about it.
Do you think a Suicide Kanna should receive a permanent ban directly without a warning?
