[Game Crash] Evan's Elemental Radiance

fully charging Elemental Radiance will cause a full client crash with a runtime error notification

Steps to reproduce:
activate elemental radiance and use various unique skills that add stacks(shiny orbs). upon reaching the max 22 stacks, client will close. below are video links showcasing this bug.
