i cant enter to the ninja castle , request me a party and doesnt work

    I get the same problem. Whether I'm in a party or not, I get "You must be in a party to participate in the challenge."

    Hello,
    After receiving these reviews, we realized that the error message is inaccurate and it seems to be an instance map issue where there is already a party in the map when you attempt to enter.
    Due to the increased traffic after the recent Zipangu Revamp, the instanced maps have been getting full frequently compared to before.
    We've relayed the concern to the team and while we look into this issue, a workaround solution may be to see if there are available maps by changing channels.
