Bug type: Puzzle Master arcade event bug

Brief bug summary: I've experienced the event bugged out couple of times already past few days. Each time it bugged, when we get send to the screen with the puzzle, no puzzle or its pieces show up. Which forced us to having to leave the game manually. This results in a 4 minutes penalty. Having it bugged out many times in a row is a waste of time. Earlier it happened twice in a row already.

Character job: Wind Archer

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: December 31 around 11:00pm PST (happened twice in a row)

    F*ck this. It happened 3rd time in a row now. Literally finished with the cooldown after submitting this report, go in, and face the same issue again.
