It gives STR/DEX/INT/LUK +50, Weapon ATT/Magic ATT +20, Boss Damage +30%, Ignore DEF +30%, MaxHP/MaxMP +2,000.

I got it yesterday. For me, hunting 500 monsters while mobbing was the fastest but then again I don't like traveling all over the place if I can help it.
i would go guild quests first, be careful which boxes you kill first. If you have more than 4500 GP, you have to find something else. As soon as the entry resets, do them now.
2 Chaos Horntail (500 gp each)
2 Hard Hilla (if you can for 500 gp each)
1 Normal Arkarium (500)
2 Chaos Zakum (preferably I rather do one run each weekend)
1 Cygnus (1000)
2 Zakum and 1 Round of RA (500, avoid doing pierre til after reaching 5000 gp max)
1 Normal Magnus (500)
and with all the usual refinements.
