Bug type:
Missing Quest

Brief bug summary:
I have a lvl 16 Baby Dragon and a Rock of Evolution, but Garnox (both in CBD and NLC) does not offer me a quest.

More details:
If it matters, I got my Baby Dragon to 16 by giving it another pet's closeness from Mar the fairy in Ellinia.
My Rock of Evolution is from the reward point shop.

    Your pet need to need to be the leader (in the first pet slot) for the quest to appear. (Did this a few days ago)
