Silver Flower Child Hat Bug

Just recevied the Silver Flower Child Hat today but i found that it doesn't appear on screens where it should be.
Got it from the surprise style box given from the sharing event.
Steps to reproduce: equip the Silver Flower Child hat
Name: LemonPartae
Level: 228
Job: Evan
World: Reboot
Date: Nov 29th PST (can't remember what time exactly)

I have the item equipped in all these images. I have the Brown Hoy Hoy Hair and it's only showing half of the hairstyle.
It appears when equipped on character but doesnt show in other windows such as the salon, character selection screen, and maple legion.
