Blaster Stats Fluctuate Randomly

Brief Summary :

I was standing still for a while and noticed that my Minimum HP/MP were higher than my Maximum HP/MP and thought that was weird so I opened up the stats menu and tested various things like using Weapon Booster and noticed other stats fluctuating i.e Range/HP/MP/STR/DEX/INT/LUK/Boss% and noticed that it happens randomly every 30 seconds to 2 minutes and the increase lasts about 30 seconds to 1 minute. I've also ran the "Repair Client" tool through the Nexon launcher and the bug still persists.

Steps to Reproduce : Log in on a Blaster and open stats menu, wait about 30 seconds to 1 minute without doing anything and you will see your range and stats decrease. You can also force the fluctuation by using any buff and cancelling the buff, I've tested it with just weapon booster since that buff only adds 2 stages to attack speed and shouldn't reflect any other stats.

    Since your boss damage went down by 5%, I concluded it is your title that is causing this (your title used to give 5% boss, 10 stats, 7att, 300 HP for only 7 days after obtaining it, and was only obtainable on December 2015) and the game is forgetting that the stats expired ages ago.
