Seems to me that you're having severe latency problems. Try connecting through your region (Europe) instead of using the North American region servers.
I agree. There need to be more denominations available. Would be nice to see $20 and $50 available at least....or perhaps a customizable option where you can choose between, say 10k -100k nx cash at 5k denominations.

Up your ambition to lvl 100. That really cuts down the amount of exp you lose. Wouldn't hurt to also join a guild that has lots of SP invested the 'fearless' skill (which decreases the amount of exp you lose if you die). if all else fails, use you …
