Accepted curbrock after arriving in pantheon as Illium, teleported back. now I can't complete the required quest. (says level requirement: 0)


steps to reproduce:
level illium after 2nd job
accept curbrock quest after arriving in pantheon
beat curbrock, teleport out
go to sixpath crossway and go through pantheon portal
accept quests from cartalion and beldar
now cannot accept the required quest from Kylan

Please fix this. I have invested quite a bit on my Step Up character to reach 205. I am currently level 162, and I would love to progress even further. I spent so much time doing Grand Athenaeum. In that map I accepted some quests from the side of the screen because some give free exp/stuff and one ported me to a different map.
After this I couldn't go back to the map to continue the storyline, so now I can't do that content anymore. Usually I would just remake the character since it's only 30 minutes playtime, but since all the events give stuff only once I won't do that.

Brief bug summary: When going to redeem the Tier 4 reward for my Xenon, only the pirate set option appeared for both of the choices visible. Xenons usually are given the option of either the thief set or the pirate set.

More details: Already redeemed the Tier 4 reward in hopes that it was just a visible bug and that the thief set would appear in my inventory. Was not the case and would like to request that I get the proper reward.

Steps to reproduce: Complete Super Nova event up to Tier 4 on a xenon character and attempt to redeem the Tier 4 Absolab weapon reward.

Bug details: After using Sunday's Hot Day Box and selecting the double up reward (choosing Selective 4 Slot coupon, if that matters) a disconnection occurs and the box disappears as if it was never received or opened.

I started out with 80 boxes on my character and opened 20. Of those, I received 19 gifts. I opened 10 more to check and received 9 gifts. From what I can see it doesn't look like it just got skipped in the chat, I couldn't see any increase of items in my inventory or refreshing of the buff.

I'll be opening more boxes later on my other characters so hopefully, I will remember to track things. I feel like this kind of bug has been around before with other boxes but usually, like many players, I mass open my boxes so I don't catch missing a few every now and again.
