Thunder Breaker skill not working at Lotus

Brief bug summary:

The first job skill, Flash, does not work at Lotus boss map during the first phase.

The skill description is :

Flash (Active)
Charges into enemies to deal damage. Charges forward if there are no enemies. Can be linked with all skills excluding Thunder and self-skills.

In KMS, players use this skill to dodge lasers during the first phase, but here the skill is glitched and it won't "charge foward if there are no enemies".

Brief bug summary: Arkarium has an instant death move where he cracks the screen and if you're not far enough away your character dies. The cracking of the screen is gone and sometimes you die simply by entering the room.

Bug type: Cash item, description and functionality

I bought what I thought was the Respawn Pass from the Cash Shop on Reboot yesterday. After dying once, it disappeared from my inventory, which I don't think it's what was written on the Cash Shop Update for May 17 post. I looked in the Cash Shop again and I saw they there were two duplicates of the same item called Respawn Token. (The Hyper Teleport Rock is also present twice). Has this happened to anyone else?

When using a 13 Cube pack coupon after the event has ended (after 10th of May), but while the coupon was still active, a pack of 13 expired cubes was received.

Steps to reproduce:

- have a 13 Cube pack bought during the event from the Curious Coin shop
- open the pack after the 10th of May, but before the pack expires
- notice that the contents of the pack expire on the 10th of May even though the pack expires after the 10th of May

Heroes of Maple Questline Bug

Bug type: A one month ban during the final act of heroes of maple questline

Brief bug summary: I was climbing Dark World Tree during the last act of the questline. Around the second or third map, I stuck around one map to defeat 30 plants as a requirement for the Hero of Heroes title. As I was moving to the next map, I was disconnected and banned for a month for using illegal programs/violating game policy.

More details: A google search tells me that I am not the only one that is experiencing this problem. This leads me to believe it is a bug.

Steps to reproduce: During the quest I chose Mercedes and Phantom to come along. I played as Evan and used the S A combo on the plants that respawn almost immediately. I continued until there were about 8 minutes left.

Reboot: Anniversary Cash Shop covers not permanent

Bug: Cash Shop Item, incorrectly advertised

In the cash shop update on 5/17/17, there are five past anniversary items advertised with a permanent duration. This is for both Non-Reboot and Reboot servers. When attempting to purchase these items in the Reboot Cash Shop, the item shows "available for 90 days," suggesting that they are not permanent. In Non-Reboot servers, these items are correctly listed as permanent. I believe these items should be made permanent on Reboot along with the other servers, as they are listed at the same price.

Beast Tamer unable to respawn at Hilla/Root Abyss

Brief bug summary: Black Viking says "ame" instead of "name"

More details: After defending the rear gate in Mushroom dungeon, there's a cutscene where the Black Viking reveals his name. After everyone's "...oh" response, he asks something along the lines of "Why is everyone always disappointed when I reveal my ame?". I couldn't get the actual quote due to it being a cutscene and I was laid back and just reading when the line appeared, so I couldn't snatch a screenshot.

Steps to reproduce: Do Mushroom Dungeon, and watch the cutscene after protecting the rear gate.

Luminous Cutscene Bug Level 60

Brief bug summary:
During the level 60 quest for the job advancement for Luminous I clicked not to go skip the cutscene. During the cutscene, the scene is frozen and the monsters would just wander around in the forest scene, but the story does not progress. As it is a cutscene I am also unable to press any buttons or click anywhere to exit so I have to close the program via task manager. I have tried to relog in the game numerous times, but the game still does not progress in the story, nor do i want to restart the character again.

Problems completing The Afterlands story

I've managed to obtain all the keys but have not been able to unlock the last key hole because of unstopping rain. The quest to stop the weather (rain/storm) is not available and I've been trying constantly by restarting, doing warrior quests over and etc. Please fix..

Blaster class ammo skills are not working

So to start, the windowed icon for the ammo is not working; no matter what it always shows that the cannon is full.
But the main issue is that while using a skill that uses ammo and you reload automatically , the reloading animation will freeze. The cannon is never able to reload, and you will be unable to use any skills that requires ammo.
You also receive the message that you do not have enough ammo to use the skill.
