Player Appreciation Box disappeared after DC

After logging into the game and claiming my PA box, I click on the box within my inventory, selected the V chair and I was immediately disconnected from the game. After logging back into the game directly afterwards, the player appreciation box was missing from my inventory and so was the V chair. I'm not sure if this was just a rare occurence, but I would appreciate it if someone could provide me with another PA box being as this was an odd fluke.
