Help looking for fan or official MapleStory art

First off, I didn't know if it would belong to the Non-GMS content section or off-topic since we're talking about MapleStory artwork.

I've been searching endlessly for a specific picture through Google reverse search to the MapleStory Japanese and Korean official site fan art and I have yet to find a transparent/cutout of this picture:

I used Photoshop to modify two thumbnails in order to attempt a reverse search using Google with no acceptable results.

The thumbnails originally came from this YouTube Channel:



I've checked the artist and it seems it's not in their blog and other sources. Maybe I searched for the wrong artist since I can't read the descriptions.

It may be official artwork, but again I have zero leads.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
