No wedding ring effects... because of divorce??

My character is Daiwuff and my husband is Krimorai, I was disappointed to see when I re-equipped our rings (Eternal wedding rings) there were no effects. I also discovered that when I click the 100 day commitment quest, it says I'm in the middle of a divorce... ?! I have no idea WHY it would say that, I never initiated such a thing. However his character does have the option to complete the ceremony.

    Any response on this? :/ The game still thinks I am in a divorce...
