With a new Decent Skill added in KMS (i.e. Decent Holy Symbol), this opens up an opportunity to add in a lot more of new Decent Skills. 5th Job's Rope Lift, Blink, Erda Nova, and Will of Erda are essentially the "Decent" version of Vertical Grapple (Kaiser)/Grappling Heart (Angelic Buster), Flash Blink (Luminous), Various Binding Skills, and Hero's Will respectively. This means that it is possible to make Decent versions of non-Explorer and non-party skills, but let's keep Decent Skills based off of party skills at the moment.

Decent Magic Crash: Buff Block Duration: 10 sec, Cooldown: 60 sec. Explorer Warriors and Mihile may not use this skill. Can be obtained through Unique Potential on Pendants level 70+
Decent Threaten: Enemy DEF: -20%, Duration: 80 sec. Does not stack with Paladin's Threaten. DEF Ignore applies to user only. Can be obtained through Unique Potential on Eye Accessories level 70+
Decent Smokescreen: Critical Damage to enemies inside Smokescreen: +10%, Damage Taken from %HP attacks: -5%, Duration: 30 sec, Cooldown: 240 sec. Shadowers may not use this skill. Does not stack with Shadower's Smokescreen. Effects apply to user only. Can be obtained through Legendary Potential on Capes level 120+
Decent Time Leap: All Remaining Cooldowns: -50%, Cooldown: 180 sec. Only affects user's cooldowns. Not affected by cooldown reset. Does not affect skills that cannot have their cooldowns reset, Hyper Skills, and 5th Job Skills. When you receive Buccaneer's Time Leap or use Decent Time Leap, you cannot receive either of their effects again for 180 sec. Buccaneers may not use this skill. Can be obtained through Legendary Potential on Belts level 70+
Decent Burning Conduit: Damage: +30%, Does not give Attack Speed, Duration: 15 sec, Cooldown: 60 sec. Blaze Wizards may not use this skill. Does not stack with Blaze Wizard's Burning Conduit. Damage boost applies to user only. Can be obtained through Legendary Potential on Rings level 70+
Decent Call of the Wild: Damage Taken: -10%, Evasion Rate: +10%, Max MP: +10%, Weapon and Magic ATT: +5%. Does not stack with Wild Hunter's Call of the Wild. Buff applies to user only. Can be obtained through Unique Potential on Face Accessories level 70+
Decent Grand Armor: Damage Taken: -20%. Does not stack with Kaiser's Grand Armor. Buff applies to user only. Can be obtained through Unique Potential on Tops/Overalls level 70+

In addition to being available in Potential, they could also be available in 5th Job.

    Even tought is can be good, no please, no more decent skills, we have enough of em, not all are usefull but still, the only one that seens worth is the Decent time Leap, and you still need see BUFFS that are for party and for explorers, they could expand to other classes, i still think we have too much.
