Beast Tamer no echo of hero

Is there any particular reason why Beast Tamers don't get the skill "Echo of Hero". I looked into it and could not find a way to obtain it.

    Yes, problably because Beast Tammer is more forgotten than Shade...if i'm right she don't even have a lv200 hyper skill, and 5job seens really messy for em.
