Do I just log in via nexon launcher and the items should be there?
I downloaded the launcher but when i try to play maple, it downloads the game again without the play option

    i'm pretty certain there was a window of that you needed to of used the direct launcher.

    To solve the "downloading again" issue":
    Cancel the download. Locate the folder "C:\Nexon\Library\maplestory\appdata". This is where the launcher is installing to. Manually copy-paste your Maplestory files from your original installation folder into the appdata folder. Go to the folder "C:\Nexon\Library\maplestory\patchdata", delete all files present. Then run the launcher and select "repair installation". The game should scan and see the files in the folder.

    Regarding the launcher rewards:
    There was a period of time you had to launch via the GameLauncher.exe
    You must have logged in via the direct launcher between 12:00 AM PST on January 1, 2016 and 12:00 AM PST on February 13, 2017. The rewards are given out after each scheduled maintenance (once a week).
    If you have, then after the installation is recognized by the launcher, you should be able to play and accept your rewards.
