Bug type: some type of skill glitch?

Brief bug summary: Dark Knight job lost maybe 20% final damage since latest patch.

More details: not sure where the nerf is coming from, skills descriptions did not change since last patch but final damage went down

Steps to reproduce: log onto any dark knight and look at final damage

Date and time of the incident: March 1 2017, time: whenever game went back up
