There seems to be something wrong with the way the game is formatted. I had to delete a 52% downloaded file that got stuck at said % with 0b/s dl rate after a failed or corrupted update. Now it finally begins to download (again) for 10 gigs. Cant even say (I'm quitting) they don't care.
