Add an option to disable login notifications

Add an option to disable login notifications in the chat, my chat had been flooded with these notifications, it is quite irritating, especially since scrolling up the chat is still broken...

    Just take them out entirely, far as I'm concerned.

    No, I like them there.
    I'm often afk (in town) on Maple, doing other things on my computer, with the Maplestory window half-obscured in the background. I can't hear the login notifier and I can't see it either since it's in the middle of the window. But I can see the left side of the chat bar so I can see if anyone said anything in alliance/buddy - and now I can also see if someone logged in, and alt-tab to say "hi".

    So a toggle is good for me.
    In fact, we need a whole set of toggles, or some other way to customize what we see in our chat window, beyond the tab system we have now.
