Bug type: uh, visual?

Brief bug summary: The text area of the White Cloud Quote Ring is transparent, making it INCREDIBLY difficult to read the text on it.

1. Equip a White Cloud Quote Ring
2. Say something in all chat
3. Try to read what you entered

    Been broken for like four weeks now (submitted a bug report at the beginning of the month, lol). Shame, cuz it's my fave chat ring...

    EDIT: yeah, seems like it broke on the 3/1 game update?
